MPFC vs KOSMOS Match Preview


A recent string of poor performance and results have seen the MPFC fans voicing their disbelief and frustration at the club especially with one saying "they have many star players but little substance!"

this was followed by a silent protest held outside the stadium after MPFC's loss to LWFC last Wednesday.

a word with the club's chairman has reassured the fans that this is due to the many injuries MPFC has been facing lately and that the treatment room seems to be clearing up quite fast. A few of MPFC's players who were sidelined or left out of the past two matches have seen an improvement and little signs of a recurring injury. They will be featured in today's match against KOSMOS and it will prove to be a big boost to the home side.

Two wins, three losses and two draws have seen MPFC just picking up just 8 points from a possible of 21 in their last 7 games.

With KOSMOS lacking in match fitness due to many of their players just coming back from international duties, a home win for MPFC is more likely in the cirumstance.

This might just, maybe, be a good start to appease the home fans.
